A set of high-definition satellite remote sensing images across China, including Beijing's Chang'an Street, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Hong Kong's Victoria Harbor, were released on Dec 18, in celebration of the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up.

All the pictures were photographed by "Jilin-1" Satellite, an advanced and large-scale commercial remote sensing satellite constellation developed by Changchun-based Chang Guang Satellite Technology.

Characterized by high time resolution, high space resolution and high spectral resolution, it can be widely used in hot spot tracking, emergency response, national territory survey land mapping and related intelligence industries, and is of great significance for promoting the informatization construction of remote sensing in China.

With 10 satellites running in orbit, the "Jilin-1" has already conducted over 20,000 imaging tasks for various countries, regions and enterprises.
